WILD WOMAN’S INNER CIRCLE

“Within every woman there is a wild and natural creature, a powerful force, filled with good instincts, passionate creativity, and ageless knowing. Her name is Wild Woman, but she is an endangered species. Though the gifts of the wildish nature come to us at birth, society’s attempt to “civilize” us into rigid roles has plundered this treasure, and muffled the deep, life-giving messages of our own souls.”
~Clarissa Pinkola Estes (Women Who Run With the Wolves)

Imagine this… a trusted community of women who believe in you, support you, and challenge you to live out loud and on purpose… a tribe that creates a safe and nurturing space to be deeply honest and wildly creative, all without judgement or criticism… a posse to lean on that won’t let you sink into your self-imposed limitations, and instead will embrace, applaud, and celebrate you and the delightful gifts you bring to the world…
What’s Included:
~ A whole year of monthly 4-hour gatherings, where you will be treated to gentle yoga and meditation for bodies of all shapes and sizes, creative adventures (absolutely no artistic experience necessary!), and soulful circles that will encourage you to cultivate courage, self-love, friendship, and whimsy. Note: May’s gathering will be an overnight retreat held nearby, giving us some extra time and space for relaxation, reflection, deepening community, and silly slumber party shenanigans (included in price)!
~ The opportunity to step fully into the sisterhood of other women (limited to twelve participants) that will encourage you to trust in your own divine wisdom, and will also provide accountability and unconditional support as you take inspired action in your life.
~ Our very own private website where you can connect with members of our circle (including myself) in between our gatherings, share insights, dive into optional homework assignments, and ask any burning questions.
~ 2 one-on-one coaching appointments with me, in person or via phone, that can be used at any time throughout the year. These are most often in the form of a tea party at my home studio, but can be also a private yoga session, a walk, or some time out in nature.
~ All materials and supplies used in each circle.
~ A complimentary Wild Woman’s Journal/Sketchbook and lots of other little surprises, tools, and treasures along the way.
(A few necessary odds n’ ends: This is not group therapy. It’s not my job to “fix” anybody, for I happen to think you’re pretty amazing just the way you are, both in your fiery power and in your most tender and vulnerable places. I consider my job to be inviting your amazingness out to play so that you can get to know it better! Our time together will be a lovely dance of group dynamics, leadership, and self-understanding, which requires commitment and trust. Therefore, in order to allow yourself the richest experience possible and maintain a cozy and trusting atmosphere within our circle, you are asked to make a clear 12-month commitment of your time, energy, compassion, and financial resources. If you are unsure about your readiness for something like this, I’m happy to talk with you and find out! Email me to set up a time!)

Are you willing to honor yourself in wild and empowering ways?
By registering below, you will have a monthly breather from the daily grind, a periodic date with possibility, a regular rendezvous with your sacred, wise self. If you choose to gift yourself with self-care and self-honor like this, it always, always leaves you with a profound yen for life and pays off in unimaginable ways. I am super confident that together, you and I will make this adventure worth way more than the time, energy, and money that you put into it.
Sorry, but registration is now closed and the circle is complete…but no worries– there are still spots left in the Wild Woman’s Wellness Tribe beginning in March, as well as other offerings soon to be announced! Just holler at me with any questions!
Here’s me in a nutshell…my name is Lisa Rough, and I am a tribe builder, a dream incubator, and a self-taught artist and writer. I’ve come to realize over the years that we are all works in progress, and I am certainly no exception! What I have to offer you is a strong sense of who I am and the experiences I have collected along the way…. I have a master’s degree in counseling and psychology and have worked with troubled youth and those facing crisis in inner city Boston; I have participated in outdoor educational programs and have studied and become certified in teaching yoga; I have created and sold art that is in private collections all over the world; I have developed and facilitated art parties, creativity workshops, retreats, and circle gatherings; and I have cultivated oodles of compassion and humor from being a stay-at-home mom. My story has created a rich landscape from which to live with enormous regard for life, immeasurable joy, and the anticipation of more possibilities around the next bend.
This here is my dream. It’s what tickles and delights me and dares me to make a difference in the world. If you’d like to get to know me and the work that I do, check out MY BLOG.
Please don’t hesitate to connect with me!!
